You can return the Satellic OBU through us. We will handle all necessary steps for you. We also recover money for already returned Boxes deposited in Belgium, for which customers have not received transfers.a

If the device was already returned in Belgium, please tick it in the form. In that case, you do not need to send us a parcel.

Pay for the return

The refund fee is only €16 gross. You will receive an return of the deposit and balance from operator directly on your bank account.

You will receive a full refund of the deposit of €135 and additionally the means by which the device is topped up (the operator reserves the right not to return all or part of the deposit in cases described in the general conditions and terms of use available on the operator's website). The Satellic system operator transfers funds to your account in two separate transfers. The operator reserves the right to make transfers up to 60 days. The cost of service is only €16 gross.

The operator reserves the right to make transfers up to 60 days.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT FOR THE BELGIAN OBU?

By default, the deposit for a Belgian Satellic device is  €135.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE RETURN?

Charges for the return of devices from individual countries can be found in the PRICE LIST. We enable our clients several options to pay for the return. Transfer to our bank account, fast internet transfers, payment by card, PayPal or BLIK. You can also wait with the payment until we send an invoice by e-mail which will contain the data for the transfer. We send invoices after receiving the devices.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED BOX?

Under the terms of the Viapass system, deposit for the Box is forfeited and Satellic can pay a reduced amount of the deposit for the device in the following cases:

  • Devices bear traces of mechanical damage such as: scratches, cracks, broken housing, opened housing, marks made with a felt-tip pen or paint, cut cable, broken seals, removed battery, no suction cups
  • The operator has anticipated a partial ( -35€) or total ( -135€) loss of the deposit in the case of devices not being in accordance with the recommendations. The operator reserves the right not to return the deposit in cases described in the general terms and conditions available here. Most often this concerns devices that have not been used for more than 3 years (point 5.4), failure to upgrade a FAST-TRACK account to a standard account or full account – points 3.3 and 17.4.c.
